Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Before your order ships: email support@tinytouch.dev and we will cancel your order and refund you in full.

After your order ships: you can return your tinyTouch within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email support@tinytouch.dev with your order number to start a return. Please send back the device and everything that came with it.

Return shipping: the buyer pays for return shipping. If we provide a return label, its cost is deducted from your refund. Once we receive your return, we refund your original payment method.
